Shipping Guidelines

At Indianlife, we ship all orders using trusted third-party courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, etc. We currently do not have our own delivery team.

Our support team stays in touch with you throughout the delivery process to ensure your parcel reaches you safely and smoothly.

We request customers to coordinate with the courier partner for timely delivery if needed.
In case of failed delivery or RTO (Return to Origin) due to customer unavailability, we reserve the right to charge one-side shipping on any re-dispatch or refund.

🚫 We try to avoid RTO completely, and our team will stay in contact until your product is happily delivered.

Delivery Attempts”:
Courier partners usually make 2 delivery attempts. Please be available or authorize someone to receive it.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once your order has been packed or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is no longer possible.

Please contact our support team immediately if you wish to cancel β€” we will assist you only if the product is not yet dispatched.

⚠️ Mistake or Negligence From Customer Side

If the delivery fails or returns due to customer’s mistake, such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Unreachable mobile number or not answering courier calls
  • Customer unavailable at delivery time
  • Order cancelled after dispatch
  • Refusing to accept the parcel without valid reason

Then Indianlife will not bear the courier charges.

  • Courier charges will be paid by the customer
  • If a refund is requested, shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount
  • If the order is to be re-dispatched, it will be done only after the customer pays the new shipping fee
